Investing In The Physical Or Virtual Real Estate World with Bryan Ellis

Filed under: Doing Business, Marketers Den, Profitable Real Estate — admin @ 11:49 am

A newcomer to the world of investments in the notion of “Virtual Real Estate Investing“. What is meant by “Virtual Real Estate Investing” ranges from online games like SecondLife (where real profit can be made) to the use of internet technologies to make normal real estate investors more profitable.

To separate fact from fiction, I asked Bryan Ellis for comments. He’s the man many consider to be the father of this new form of investing.

When I began using the term virtual real estate investing in the late 1990s, I did so because I saw clear parallels between the strategies used for profiting from physical real estate and those that would create income in the online world, said Ellis.

An example of the similar nature of “virtual” and “physical” real estate Bryan Ellis likes to point out is the methods of making a profit from domain names compared to physical real estate. He points out that control of a domain name or even a specific web page is much like controlling a real estate property ” those assets can be monetized in similar ways: By selling them for a profit, by leasing them, by offering advertising, etc.

The similarities really are obvious. Consider this: If you own a piece of real estate in a desirable neighborhood, your real estate has value because other people are interested in that location. Likewise, if you own a desirable domain name, others will find value in it because it serves their purposes. So it doesn’t matter if you own physical real estate or virtual real estate - you’ll likely use similar strategies to turn them into money in your pocket.

In our next installment of this series on virtual real estate investing., Bryan Ellis will share the internet analogies to the physical concept of real estate development.

Search Engine Marketing Analytics For Your Websites

Filed under: Doing Business, Marketers Den, Promotion — admin @ 12:00 am

When a web site owner is trying to get his web site to appear higher on a search engine listing system, it is important for them to understand how analytics work.

Companies that do search engine marketing are generally very good at this tool, and the wise business owner knows how this system works.

Analytics is simply the science of finding out how people browsing arrive at your site. It could be a variety of different ways, including certain keywords, hyperlinks, or from a list of of comparable sites.

Knowing how this all fits into your traffic is essential for optimising search engine performance.

One of the main ways that people arrive at certain websites is through using basic keywords at search engines to put themselves in a list of sites they want to see.

How this applies to your site, and how search engine marketing companies use this to your advantage, is key to getting your web traffic higher.

Most companies that deal in this kind of marketing will provide you with the most common keywords that people use to find you, and then will help to push those words in your ranking system.

This process is very helpful, and it works well in internet marketing.

Epilepsy Treatment - Do You Know The Jesus Way?

Filed under: Marketers Den — admin @ 11:43 pm

What is epilepsy? It is a disorder of the central
nervous system characterized by loss of consciousness
and convulsions. This is a type of brain disorder
which is also referred to as a mental illness.

Now that you know the definition for epilepsy lets
take a look at the definition for psychiatry.

Psychiatry is a medical specialty or branch of medical
science that deals with non-surgical techniques and
practices for dealing with the diagnosis and treatment
of mental illness such as epilepsy.

In Matthew 17:14-21, Mark 9:14-29, and Luke 9:37-42
Jesus heals an epileptic boy by rebuking a demonic
spirit simply by displaying faith in God.

Matthew 17:18 - And Jesus rebuked the devil; and he
departed out of him: and the child was cured from that
very hour.

Jesus’ actions points out that sometimes mental
illnesses are caused by demonic unclean spirits. He
goes on to explain the reason His disciples wasn’t
able to cast out the demon was because they didn’t
have enough faith, but never the less this kind of
demonic spirit can come forth by nothing, but by
PRAYER AND FASTING.

Consider also Jesus response to his disciples as to
why they couldn’t drive out the demon. In Matthew he
says it is because of their unbelief (little faith).
But in Mark he says that this kind could only come out
by prayer and fasting.

If we combine these two we might conclude that their
faith in God’s ability to heal the epileptic boy
needed to be at a higher level in order for them to be
able to cast out this type of demonic spirit with out
using PRAYER AND FASTING as Jesus did by rebuking the
demon.

This also means that the Jesus like way to deal with
mental illnesses would be to pray and fast with fellow
believers in your church. The results you get is
largely dependent on your faith in God to heal the
sick person in question.

In contrast the psychiatric way would be to sit you
down ask you questions about your child hood life and
prescribe you with the latest anti-depressant drugs
available.

If you know anything about psychiatry you know that
the most they can ever really do for the treatment of
their patients is to prescribe some type of drug which
is big business in the medical field.

These Drugs never really cure the patients of the
illness itself but instead covers it up and makes
people dependant on outside substances.

What’s more, alot of the time these substances are
very addictive with dangerous side effects.

For example: Specific prescription drugs and
medications used for the treatment of epilepsy include
the following:

Depakote, Dilantin, Neurontin, Tegretol, Klonopin,
Lamictal, Mysoline, Phenobarbital and Topomax.

Due to the changing nature of medicine and the
progression of medication regimens, of course, this
list may not be all that is available.

Lets take depakote for instance it can cause liver
damage. This effect is usually mild and temporary, but
could become permanent or severe. When it does happen,
this effect usually occurs during the first six months
of Depakote therapy.

Of course, most people with epilepsy and their close
family members and friends may feel like they have no
choice but to take the prescribed drugs because they
lack the faith required to FAST AND PRAY as Jesus
instructed.

If this is the case I would suggest that you seek out
a group of Christians and ask them to help you in
PRAYER AND FASTING.

The combined faith of a group of people could put you
over the top and get you or your loved one healed
without having to gamble with addiction or harmful
side effects by taking psychiatric drugs.

4 Ways to Make Money from People Who Are LEAVING Your Site!

Filed under: Marketers Den — admin @ 2:03 pm

Oh no… are people leaving your site without buying?

Get used to it! In fact, an average of 99% of your first time visitors to your sales pages will leave without buying or even contacting you.

But don’t get upset. Get richer!

Use what’s called an exit pop. Now, I know pop-ups can be incredibly annoying. But they WORK. Almost all the people I know doing over $1 million each year online use exit pops in strategic ways to seriously boost their bottom lines. Here are four ways to make money from people leaving your website, using exit pops:

1. Get them on your list.

Because most people will not buy from you at first visit, it’s extremely important to have a way to follow up with them. After all, they’re already interested in what you have. That’s why they’re at your site! So these people are worth their weight in gold to you.

But how to follow up? Well, here’s where your ezine comes in. Your ezine list is your key to ongoing income and guaranteed future earnings.

One of the best places to get people on your list is actually as they’re leaving. It’s kind of like the “Columbo” strategy of your website. (What did he used to say on the way out the door? Something like, “By the way…” or “Oh, one more thing…”)

These exit pops often work BETTER than a pop-up that appears as soon as someone lands on your site. Why? You give the visitor a chance to get to know you first, before you ask them for their email. Let them take a look around, grow to trust you and your website.

One of my exit pops says, “Congratulations… You’ve Won a FREE Subscription!” It has an eye-catching graphic representing my ezine and gives a raving description of it as well. Also the opt-in form is right in the box, which you always want. Don’t make folks have to click around to sign up. If you’d like to see what mine looks like, go to EzineQueen.com. You’ll see it when you leave.

From what other marketers are sharing, the “congrats” exit pop is one of the all-time best performing exit pops for building your list.

2. Ask them WHY they’re leaving.

Why not find out the reason they’re leaving in the first place? For example, one of my exit pops says, “WAIT - Can I ask your advice? Please tell me the biggest reason you’re leaving without giving my ‘Boost Business With Your Own Ezine’ system a try. I’d really appreciate it, and your answer is completely anonymous. Thanks.”

I looked for the most popular answers and then made some adjustments to my sales page. For example, several people said, “I don’t have a website yet.” So I revised my sales copy to include the fact that you don’t need a website to get started publishing an ezine.

Knowing this kind of information will help you make a LOT more sales down the line!

There’s a great tool that makes doing these exit surveys super easy, and you can see a demo at their site: www.askmyezine.com

3. Offer a down-sell or alternative.

Yep, that’s right. Offer me something for less money. After all, I’m leaving anyway, with my wallet! Example: My “Boost Business With Your Own Ezine” system is a physical product, but for several months I tested a down-sell of a digital version at a lower price with less bonuses. I also configured the exit pop to appear only if the person had been on my sales page for at least 30 seconds, so I knew they were serious about the product and not just on my page to take a peek.

The tactic did pretty well, making me about an extra thousand bucks a month that otherwise I would not have gotten! That won’t make me rich, but it sure helps cover my take-out sushi habit. I’ll be testing some other down-sells like this one too. (Remember, it’s all about trying new things and seeing how they work for YOU. That’s what’s so fun about Internet marketing!)

4. Send them to someone else’s site.

Really! But not just anyone’s site. Send them to a site with products or services that are related to yours, AND that will give you commission on any referred sales! That’s called an affiliate program, and there are millions of companies doing it on the web. If you don’t know of any websites that are related to yours and have an affiliate program, search the two biggest directories: ClickBank and Commission Junction.

Just remember to check out any company before you start sending people there. You don’t want to taint your reputation by sending folks to a site with shoddy products or lousy service.

I’ve made several thousand dollars a month simply by referring my readers and web visitors to other websites. It’s just one of my tactics. But some internet marketers make all their revenues with affiliate programs - they don’t sell any of their own products! It really works.

Don’t Get Blocked!

It’s a fact that almost half of all Internet users now have some type of pop-up blocker. The good news is, whenever a new technology comes out, there’s one close behind it that will make it obsolete.

There are several scripts for making pop-up boxes that cannot be blocked. Of course, they have to keep evolving to keep up. Right now, my friend John Reese, who makes millions of dollars each year online from dozens of different websites, recommends this one.

Just remember to please use these tools ethically! Don’t drive people crazy with 10 different boxes appearing as they leave.

Choose one, use it strategically, and test, test, test. I guarantee if you try just ONE of these tactics above, you’ll see your income rise!

It Takes Two - How to Cultivate Profitable Alliances

Filed under: Marketers Den — admin @ 8:05 pm

“Cross promoting with other businesses can give you a significant advantage over the competition, with many benefits and cost savings.” -Heidi Richards-

More and more competition in the marketplace is making it necessary for companies to find creative ways to connect with customers and prospects, to enhance brand identity and attract top-notch employees. In order to enhance competitiveness in today’s marketplace, more and more companies are forming strategic alliances. Strategic alliances can maximize your position in the marketplace. When you learn how to leverage partnerships you increase your market share. It is also a very smart way to grow a small business. Cross promoting with other businesses can give you a significant advantage over the competition with many benefits and cost savings.

A strategic alliance is based on an arrangement between two companies to combine resource that will help both gain a greater share of the market. They are often formed when one business alone is unable to fill the gap in serving the needs of the marketplace. Forming strategic alliances can save time and boost productivity. It enables companies to be more efficient and concentrate on the core strengths in developing their products and services. These alliances can be formal (partnership agreement is put in writing) or informal (a handshake is all that is necessary to “seal the deal”).

There are several ways you can collaborate with another business or individual to increase revenue, traffic, and even expertise to your business which ultimately will increase the value to the end-user (customer).

Find the Right Partners

Collaborate with a well-known company - Most small businesses benefit from partnerships that add value, prestige and greater credibility to their own endeavors. Associating with a well-known business can give your company instant credibility and exposure. It’s not always about the bottom line.

Collaborate with Your Best Customers - Look at the company or companies who do the most business with yours. Work with them to solidify the relationship by offering them more than just good products and service. Make it nearly impossible for them to consider going anywhere else. Continually asking them why they do business with you and why they stay are the best ways to keep them. Collaborate with the Nonprofit Community - Joining forces with nonprofits can increase your circle of influence and your visibility in the community.

Collaborate with a Former Employer - You offer a product or service the former employer needs and provide it to them. You become a subcontractor or vendor to them. One of my dear friends worked for a fast-food company as their corporate trainer. When she decided to go into business for herself, they hired her to continue to provide training to their employees for several years. As her first major contract, the collaboration they created started her company on the road to success, and she still travels and does work for them.

Collaborate with a Competitor - Believe it or not, competitors can be very good partners. For instance, they may offer a service or product you don’t or don’t wish to and vice-versa. They may also have the ability to handle a larger “job” than your company. Joining forces with another business on a project makes you look good to the customer. You become the hero. In 1999, I had the opportunity to provide all the decorations for a HUGE Floral Fair in Miami, Florida. I knew my small company alone could not handle all the business. So I called several other florists in the community whom I admired and who did similar work. I subcontracted them to do portions of the project and get a piece of the action. Because these were floral importers we were serving, the other florists had the opportunity to network with and find new suppliers of product. It was easy to convince them to participate. It was such a success, that it has been an ongoing project for several of the shops over the years.

Think about the many businesses that are natural partners. In the real estate field, realtors partner with one another when selling a house. Florists partner with caterers, photographers and others in the event industry. Automobile insurance companies often partner with auto repair companies to insure their customers get the best service at a fair price.

In an issue of Entrepreneur Magazine, I read about a coffee company in New Jersey who became the ultimate collaborator. The coffeehouse carries works from a local art gallery, has a reciprocal agreement with a local community theatre to offer significant discounts to their patrons, cross promotes with a local music store, book store, cigar shop, as well as many local nonprofits.

My flower shop has partnered with masseuses, welcome-to-the-neighborhood companies, travel agents, professional organizers, beauty salons, and realtors, and several nonprofits, to name a few. We have collaborated on networking events such as business after hours and open houses. We have promoted one another through door hanger campaigns. We have given each other our coupons to distribute to other companies. We have carried one another’s business cards and brochures to distribute to our respective clients and customers. We have given away one another’s products to our customers. We offer hyperlinks on one another’s websites to further promote each other. The possibilities are endless. Look for opportunities in your community that would be mutually beneficial to your partnership.

The real key to success in cross-promotion, is to collaborate with non-competing businesses that are going after the same client or customer base. Choose businesses and people you trust. The promotion should make sense to both partners. It should be a true win-win for everyone involved. Plan the promotion and evaluate the Alliance on a regular basis. Look for ways to expand your reach without increasing your overhead or debt.

ClickBank Affiliate Program

Filed under: Marketers Den — admin @ 5:19 pm

ClickBank has a remarkable affiliate program. ClickBank is both a payment processor and an affiliate network. ClickBank is an affiliate program manager as well, and it is very easy to sign up as an affiliate with them. All you need is to register with ClickBank, it does not cost one penny, and is open to websites located in any part if the world.

Affiliates can earn anywhere from 5% to 50% commission on sales of products. This is dependent upon what they link to. There are hundred of merchants to choose from with over 10,000 products and services. There are definitely niche merchants within ClickBank.

Linking to a ClickBank merchant has it advantages; such as you know you will be credited for all sales that go through the ClickBank network as the tracking is automated as part of the payment processing. One benefit of linking to ClickBank is that you will receive credit if the customer doesn’t buy immediately. What this means is that if the customer comes from your link and decides not to buy, but changes his mind later and purchases, you will receive the credit on the commission, no matter how he got back to the site. This is controlled by cookies, which are maintained for 90 days after the initial click-through.

Once you join you will select a nickname, after that part is complete you will browse through the ClickBank Marketplace to select products to sell as an affiliate. ClickBank will provide you with the URL for each program using your nickname.

The other option is to use ClickBank as a merchant.

As a merchant (vendor or seller) you can set up an account for a one-time fee. ClickBank let’s you set up a sales and thank-you page and list that in their database. After they have approved your pages, you can set a price and presto … you’ve got an affiliate program running. ClickBank checks and pays your affiliate sales. And they will list you in their Market Place.

ClickBank affiliate program is not limited to people within the United States, however, payment are issued in US dollars and mailed every two weeks. You will also receive an email every time a payment is made through your referral. Real-time sales reports are available for your review 24 hours a day. ClickBank has a lot of products you can sell as an affiliate, and you should be able to make a lucrative income from it. Remember you will need to put forth some effort if you expect any type of results.

Commission Junction, the Perfect Affiliate Resource for Nich

Filed under: Marketers Den — admin @ 8:57 am

There are many affiliate programs you can go to to find real solid product to market online. Most marketers who produce their own product provide these programs that are easily accessible, and can be worked simply by signing up to them. However, there are places you can go, sign up, and have virtually any product in the world at your disposal.

I’m talking about places like Commission Junction, a huge listing of companies who sell online and offer Affiliate programs. All the big name brands are there, so there’s no limit to what you can market.

Most of you Internet Marketers are used to thinking in terms of digital products and the first name you probably think of is ClickBank. Well, we know that ClickBank deals only with downloadable products. Commission Junction, on the other hand has affiliate programs mostly for physical products.

If you are into setting up niche markets, you have learned that the online world is not just made up of downloadable ebooks. Most niche markets require affiliate products of physical goods that are shipped by the seller for you. It is in this area that Commission Junction excels.

The advantages of becoming a member of Commission Junction is that you just have to sign up once and that gets you access to every affiliate program they sponsor. This is great for people who niche market through mini-sites because with a few clicks of your mouse, you can quickly plug in product or update product information for all of your niche markets in one session.

If there was a downside to mention it would be that, unlike places like ClickBank, the commissions are somewhat lower. While ClickBank usually carries a 35% to 60% commission on product sold, Commission Junction tends to be in the 7% to 20% bracket.

So if you’re hoping to strike it rich marketing one product, then products offered by Commission Junction may not be for you. However, if you’re a serious Niche marketer, then you know that you many products to earn a respectable income. One or two products just won’t cut it..

In fact, having a membership with Commission Junction, in spite of the relatively lower earning potential per product, is a better deal when you’re working niches, because the key to good niche marketing is in finding product that is high in demand yet low in supply. With the number of companies marketing through Commission Junction along with the thousands of product to choose from, one could create mini-site niche markets all day long and still find new and rare product to market.

Thus having ten mini-sites of strong high demand every day products getting 10% commission has a higher long range residual profitability margin than having one site with a 50% commission for each product sold.

Another advantage to having all of your affiliate programs in one place is that your earnings are combined. What this means is that, no matter how many companies you’re affiliated with on Commission Junction, each company submits your daily earnings to Commission Junction who, in turn, cuts your check and sends it off to you.

This means less work keeping track of your income, less waiting for accumulated commission checks totaling the usual $100 minimum, and less paperwork come tax time.

Now this may not seem like a big deal to someone who’s happy selling one or two products, but if you consider that some niche marketers have well over 100 niche sites, keeping track of everything on a per product basis could get quite overwhelming.

So using a company like Commission Junction has its definite advantages for the niche marketer. Through them you can sell anything from soup to nuts, monitor all of your niche products in one place, and never worry about keeping track of the earnings each niche brings you.

Commission Junction takes care of all that for you. You can find out how much you’ve earned over all, what earnings you’ve received from individual affiliate programs, and be assured that your check will reach you in a timely manner.

They also supervise and take care of problems with their sponsored companies, so you never have to worry about a program you belong to going “belly up” while you’re aggressively promoting their product.

Yes there are plenty of reasons to join Commission Junction if you’re serious about niche marketing. Just take a look at all the companies they sponsor and ponder over all the worry free possible niches you could create through them.

The sky’s the limit!

Emailing in business and quality of life.

Filed under: Marketers Den — admin @ 2:52 pm

Communication in earlier days -

There was a time when during prehistoric times, people used to communicate in sign languages. Today most of us talk to each other through a short SMS. Times have changed. Have human beings changed? Have our basic desires changed? No!

About the modern world -

How to live in this modern world and still maintain close contact that touches the heart, while using latest technology? Every communication need not be heart to heart. A simple business mail needs to be precise and to the point. But what about our communication with our friends, and family?

Even business needs communication that talks the language of heart. Look at the successful advertisements. You will find that the company is trying to touch the consumer hearts. Study any close business relationship, and you will find that the relationship has crossed the “to the point talk” of business and reached heart to heart talk between the buyer and the supplier.

Communication for better relationships-

For long lasting relationships and for living a satisfied life, we need to communicate with everyone we come across in the language that is dear to all of us. That is the language that touches the heart! How to do that? Can that be done?

Writing and answering emails -

Emails are the most popular and common method of communication in today’s world. Most of us, who are otherwise not on our computer all the day, try to find some time to check our mails and answer them. Emails have become preferred method and a second habit, rather an essential part of a modern person.

How do we talk to each other on emails? Some of us are very brief where as some others believe in writing long paragraphs to send a small message. It is same as our behavior in other areas of life. Those who believe in speaking less, write short answers and mails. Our habits carry themselves in our method of writing mails. But the habit of sending short mails is becoming more prevalent.

Why brief mails ?

Why it is that brief mails are becoming more common? Is it because most of us are finding no time to talk. We are always so busy and rushed that gone are the days when people used to sit down and write their text after deep thought. For a majority of young population, the main task is to finish answering all the mails as soon as possible. How does one talk heart to heart in such a life?

This reflects our lifestyle in the modern world. Most of us want to achieve our goals as soon as possible. No one has the time to sit back and reflect. Life is becoming a prisoner of work. Even our ancestors used to work, but are we living a satisfied life such as they used to? The answer would be no. Brief writing habit is part of the deterioration in quality life.

Emails - The cause of poor quality of life?

Are emails one of the causes of deteriorating quality communication? This can be debated. But the ease of answering and the hurry to open another mail and answer propels us to finish our mails fast. The technology is making us do it. The response of computers is so quick that we work in an unknowing hurry. Is this not worth a thought?

What can be done?

We must try to live a satisfied and happy life. For that, we must communicate better. Our communication must be heart to heart, even when we are rushing through the day. That is little difficult but not impossible as it sounds. Sending ecards, and egreetings can help us in doing this to a great extent. A quick search on the net, and you will find a big resource of cards that talk the language of the heart. It may take a little more time, but will give us satisfaction at the end of the day.

Separate the Wheat from the Chaff - 12 Lessons in Online Business

Filed under: Marketers Den — admin @ 7:01 am

As newcomers to the Internet, many people are hot to tap into
the internet riches that so many other people are enjoying. But,
there is a learning curve that must be negotiated to get from
desire to dollars.

LESSON ONE

Newbies often start their online endeavors using free promotional
tools. Here is the first lesson in the learning curve. Freebies
will suck up all of your energy and provide little or no gain.
“Money cannot be earned by a business person who is unwilling
to spend money.”

LESSON TWO

The second lesson needs to be learned before the first dollar
is ever spent. “The secret to success with any business is to
earn more money than what you spend.” Don’t go rushing out with
a fool’s plan and just start blowing money. Spending money does
not always equal making money.

The things you definitely will need to spend money on is a
domain name, a webhost to support your site, and a method for
accepting online payments.

UNDERSTANDING PAYMENT SYSTEMS

Merchant Accounts are the banking method of using credit cards
for secured payment processing. They expensive to set up and
maintain.

An alternative to setting up a merchant account is to use Paypal
as a payment
processor. To use Paypal as a payment processor you must either
register a bank account or register a credit card with Paypal.
Then you need to set up your actual payment page so that your
customers can make their purchase online from your website.

Merchant account users should also seriously consider using
Paypal as an secondary payment method. This enables the seller
to reach buyers who do not own credit cards.

Having the ability to collect payment via credit card, through a
merchant account service or Paypal, is “absolutely essential” to
any person who desires to do business online. If your customers
cannot pay with their credit card, you can rest assured that you
will have few if any customers to service.

LESSON THREE

Spend conservatively. “Don’t spend money unless you know the
value of what you will receive in return.”

To be successful online, you must:

- have a product or service to sell.

- have a website designed to sell your product or service.

- have a payment method in place.

- develop successful advertising.

LESSON FOUR

“Choose a business model you will enjoy.” You don’t want to
invest several years into developing a business you cannot
stand to work.

If you are seeking products to sell, then check out the
Drop-Shippers Wholesale Directory on our site. Drop Shippers enable you
to sell their products at whatever profit margin you desire,
and they handle the shipping to your customers.

LESSON FIVE

“Target your offerings to a specific niche.” Do not make the
mistake of trying to be another Wal-Mart. Trust me, you cannot
beat their prices. And, online businesses who attempt to supply
everything to everyone usually fail.

Define your business to a very targeted niche, then become the
top resource destination for that niche to gain repeat visitors.

LESSON SIX

“Most businesses survive and succeed based on repeat business
from repeat customers.” Repeat customers are cheaper to acquire
and keep. And, if people really like your business, they will
refer their friends to you.

LESSON SEVEN

“Customers are more interested in receiving the best value than
getting the absolute lowest cost.” The extra few dollars they
will pay you can deliver them more value than the value
delivered by the site offering the same products and services
for less money.

LESSON EIGHT

“A good website designer cannot and should not be expected to
be a great copywriter, and vice versa.”

Website designers specialize in creating the visual presentation
of a program and how to put those visual elements into the HTML
coding. A good website designer will also make certain that the
site offers a very easy to navigate format.

Copywriters specialize in the written word. Your copywriter is
the person whose skill will actually sell your products and
services.

Don’t be afraid to spend money to have a professional designer
build your visual presentation. And more importantly, don’t be
afraid to spend your money to hire a professional copywriter
with a solid track record to build your sales presentation for
you.

For copywriting, I recommend Dan Lok at Quick Turn Marketing,
Inc. ( http://www.quickturnmarketing.com/help_me_out.html )

LESSON NINE

“Find effective ways to advertise your business by running small
campaigns and tracking your results.” When you find advertising
resources that continually produce profitable results, keep
going back to that well until the well goes dry.

LESSON TEN

“Never underestimate the value of good customer service.”

Fast service and quick fulfillment will go a long way to help
build a good reputation for you with your customers. Use your
post-payment page to educate your customers about all of the
aspects of their purchase they will be interested in knowing.
Tell your customers exactly when and how they can expect to
receive their product or service.

Additionally, create a special email account that only your
customers will use. Otherwise you run the risk of losing
important communications. When your customers contact you,
strive to reply to all messages within 24 hours.

LESSON ELEVEN

“Keep learning, but beware of false prophets.”

Before spending a dime on any program, search of your favorite
search engine to see what others think of the program you are
considering. Discount the advice of people who are profiting
from their recommendations. Then measure the positive comments
against the negative comments on a program. This analysis is
important for determining the real value of any program.

LESSON TWELVE

“Good information serves no real value to you if you never use
it.”

If you buy a program, make certain that you read the information
and use what you have purchased to your benefit. The ball is in
your court. We can provide you the most valuable information
available for you to use, but if you don’t use it, then you
might as well have spent your time doing something else that
would have provided you with Real Value.
